MD PROFILE	In 1970, graduate the Chemical Engineering Course of Tohoku University and joined to Toyo Engineering Corporation, Japan (TEC). Working 10 years in Process Department and then moved to Overseas Project Devision and has been in charged to a large number and various type of gas, refinery and petrochemical projects as PM and PD. Stayed at the project site in Algeria, Indonesia, Russia and Uzbekistan. After positioned at Deputy GM of Overseas Project Development Division and GM of Overseas Project Control Department, retired TEC and newly established a consulting company "K&C Project Support". His field of activities is project management and its periphery area such as contracting, financing, international relations and etc. based on long experience and deep knowledge in EPC project business.
